I hope Megs will be able to get a word in with her never-stop-talking older sister around!
Chris went to Code Camp today (I have no idea what happens there) so the girls and I were on our own. I went to take a shower and Ellie went to play in our closet (a common occurrence). A couple of times, after I heard a thud, she stuck her head out and said, "I'm OK Mama." I didn't think much about it. When I got out of the shower I went to check on her and there she was, three shelves up on top of Chris' clothes.
"Hey Mama, I'm relaxing."
Then she laid back and started singing.
In college I bought myself a 1.3 mega pixel camera for $249. I figure that was about seven years ago. The camera is still alive and well despite being dropped, kicked, sat on, etc. I have moved to on bigger (and much more expensive) photography equipment and Miss Ellie has taken possession of my old camera.
She doesn't really get how to look at the LCD screen and take a picture. So, she puts the viewfinder up to her eye and snaps away.
She likes to look at the picture right after she has taken it.
She looks at Chris and me and says, "Say cheese."

The Easter Bunny visited the Sears Household late Saturday night, then again while Ellie was taking a nap on Easter day.
Ellie loved her Easter basket!
She had her hands full with Mr. Potato Head and Princess Bubbles!
Baby Megs got two teether toys and a super cute bunny onsie!
Hmmm....looks good!
Ellie was so excited to open the Easter package from Grandma Judy and Grandpa Steve. It was full of great candy and a MagnaDoodle.
She got so much candy that Mommy and Daddy had to help her eat it all!
She even willing shared!
Ellie liked the packaging from the Easter package.
Mommy and Megs smiling away! We are such a happy pair!
So many kisses!
Uncle Drew came over to have dinner and hunt Easter Eggs with us. He even made Ellie a Play Doh centipede!
Flying Baby Megs!
I hope she doesn't spit up in his mouth! Yuck!
Ellie getting ready to start her Easter Egg hunt, she was primed!
Do you see any Eggs?
Oh, she sees one!
There's an egg!
Mommy, Mommy...where is the next one?
I think I see it!
Easter Bunny Daddy thought he was being clever hiding an egg way up high.
But, Ellie found it anyway!
Mommy and her girls. What a great Easter!
They don't even need captions. Just lots of pics from our morning in bed.
OK, so not this one. But the rest are from Megs an I spending the morning in bed.
